Cristiana Del Buono is a uniquely qualified Personal Trainer in that she is also a world class athlete who achieved two bodybuilding World Championships and a Second Place Ms. Universe Award, in addition to being an accomplished rock climber and skier.

Along with her Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy and her Diploma in Homeopathy, Cristiana studied four years in the Psychology Ph.D. program at the University of Padua (Italy).. :
